I have always liked the Norton bikes design, style and their logo design. The logo is solid yet simple. Add in the cafe style bike rear seat and rear fender setup…crazy history but a timeless brand.

As far as l am aware.. being one of the original 'ton up' bikers... (now l'm 76).. Norton was the first to achieve 50 Bhp per litre. This was the Manx Norton race tuned 500 cc single.. twin OHC. 🏁

What a pity. Norton was at one time, IMO the most prestigious of all the British makes at that time. I owned a 1972 Commando 750 and to this day it was still one of, if not THE best handling bike I ever owned.
