Sadly, nowadays street homeless are drugs addicts, and they are addicted to cocktail of nasty chemicals such as fentanyl, horse tranquilizer, elephant tranquilizer, sedative benzo, rat poison, nitazenes chemicals, P2P based meth, wasp dope, and other nasty stuff. That is in the pills they smoke all the time. They are quickly damaged mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. Police was instructed not to enforce any laws on them unless they spill blood. Police can only ask them not to do something but cannot arrest them. Judges will release them in no time. Street addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves. The only thing they really wanna is to be as close as possible to their fentanyl dealers. We will never reduce street homelessness without reducing the amount of fentanyl and other nasty drugs available on our neighborhoods.

The point isn't to make them move the point is to clean the sidewalk of urine and feces. Then they can move back if they want to which is illegal anyway but its not enforced. You have no idea how bad the smell is of urine and dried up feces when a gust of wind picks up one of these camping areas and heads your way.

My neighbors behind me were 2 brothers, one of them allowed "friends" to camp out in his overgrown weed lot next to his house and the constant drug and sex trafficking, screaming, fighting, throwing all kinds of things at each other, poop stench, fires , and poisoning our dogs to jump over fences was a 2 year battle. A small camper trailer was also burned down to the ground and took several fire units to get it under control. Man, I even spoke to him over the fence to control "his people" about all they were doing, and he just seemed carefree about it. One of them created a huge mountain of trash right under the power lines and lit it up and realizing how the flames were almost touching the lives, I started yelling at them to put it out! Damn, it was a dang daycare with all of them all over the place. The city finally came with a front end bulldozer and cleared it out.
I called every agency to help out and it seems that they had a right to live there, but overall saw the true outrageous health hazard and other issues they created.

I have seen people get hooked on drugs since the late 1970's with heroin, PCP and meth and most of them ended up stealing from their own family so they burned their bridge with their family, they would sell their own mother to get a fix And some of the Kensington videos and the LA homeless videos they were interviewing homeless addicts and asking how much they spend a day on drugs, one girl on Kensington said she spends $300 a day, She could rent an apartment and go to rehab for that, but she finds the joy she gets from the drugs to be more pleasurable even if she has to live on the street.

I know the police are doing their jobs to keep the peace and move people along while cleanup is in progress, but they should at least pass out pamphlets with information on where they can get assistance for their mental and personal issues. At least have a social worker or counselor on site to talk to the homeless about their problems. A little advice goes a long way in getting people off the streets and onto a better future.

It makes me feel SHAME for the Higher-ups, and great sadness for the Law Enforcement, but for me, the saddest thing is that THOSE in POWER just don't care about not taking responsibility for the people who pay their salary. Truly heart-breaking', to say the least. In the city of L.A., mayor elect Bass says that she is going to do something about the homeless. Eric Garcetti planned almost $1B to combat the homelessness. But none of these politicians have a strategy and a real plan. No guarantees. They just like to toss our tax payer money in the bon fire.

How about all the evil things America does like providing billions of dollars every year in foreign aid to poor countries around the world, such as providing tons of food supplies to Africa to prevent famine. Then there is the disaster relief America provides to countries all over the world like the Philippines after they were damaged by the typhoons, America sent two hospital ships, several freighters full of food and medical supplies along with dozens of rescue helicopters and hundreds of rescue troops, Also funds to rebuild, America did the same disaster aid rescue in Japan during the Fukushima earth quake and tsunami. Your country never provides aid to any country. People that say bad things about America are usually just jealous they don't live there.
