This has got to be the most difficult character cake so far. Making #bluey snout 3D was not easy as well as mixing all the colors, but I got it all to work out at the end!

When doing characters that're facing and looking forward, take their pupils and ever so slightly make them cross eyed. As in, have the pupils facing more towards the nose than in the center. This will ensure they look like they're facing forward. Keeping the pupils in the spot they're in now make Bluey look a little wall-eyed.

Fondant and modeling chocolate, in my limited experience, aren't too tasty. Perhaps experts like this presenter are flavoring them better. His cake(interior)looks as awesome as the sculpture.
