Most Eagles fans went into this year knowing that it was a rebuilding season and things would take a while to come into place. It’s great that the team is rounding into form and is surprisingly in the middle of a playoff race right now. They’ve surpassed my expectations so far. More wins already than what we had all of last year.

We aren’t rebuilding…. Ou offense looks great, the only thing we need to rebuild is this defense and we can definitely do that this off-season. Sign a edge rusher, draft Hamilton or Stingley, sign Jessie bates if possible, draft a linebacker, and draft a edge rusher. We can honestly ask our defense looks elite
@@Ryan-jc7qh Except for the fact that we traded away our starting QB and fired our coach, and our team is generally really young. This is the definition of a rebuilding season with a rookie coach, basically a rookie QB, and a rookie WR1.

I was at this game. Hurts really put on a show! We got a little cocky near the end and we got screwed by several unfair penalties. But we still managed to win by a comfortable margin. The defense still remains the most entertaining and badass defense in the league!

The run game was great today Hurts with three touchdowns was awesome the defense did their job especially Slay and Edwards Hopefully Taylor isn’t out for the rest of the season and im glad Goedert is ok he got hit hard last week so im glad he was healthy today

Eh, garbage time defense doesn't really count in my opinion. We were just giving things up like most teams do to run out the clock. I look more at the fact that we scored again to seal the game than giving up points that weren't likely to matter

Jalen Hurts has done great things...he's also missed routine passes at times as well. I see this as part of the process since he's creating great plays and minimizing his errors every week. I dunno but I love seeing character development, and this man's only growing from here
I think he has the perfect mix of running ability and passing ability. Hes gonna be a beast throwing if the Oline and play calling gets better/more consistent. Idk tho im steelers fan and would have loved to grab him in the draft!
Superbowl caliber teams make you pay for missing routine passes.
Just remember the starting seasons of Lamar Jackson. Hurts is looking so good for his first season as a starter. He will need some practice and experience for the eye on the uncovered receivers, but im sure, he will learn it. For me we have the chance with Hurts getting a maybe Top 5 QB for the next years. His mental needs to be strong af, he ignore so much hate in press and fanbase.

@@altdelete7696 it's really not because those Superbowl caliber defenses keep showing that Hurts is a backup at best. Good thing is Howie is looking at QBs for next year. He was just at a couple of UNC games taking a good look at Howell. Looks like they are going to trade Hurts for a veteran and draft Howell.

The eagles were never a bad team this season. They just needed to find themselves, which they have did now.
that's what i keep telling everyone...we have a great team but our coaching is its own worst enemy. This is football you don't need the best players to win games you need to be smart. Do more with less and you will go far.. eagles shot themselves in the foot this season not doing what we told them to do since day 1

@conartist j Jalen needs a lot of development. It would be great to see at least 5 downfield attempts a game just to keep defenses honest and help him develop. However, since his college days he has always been somewhat inaccurate. So don't know how much of that is going to change. Sometimes it seems like his arm and brain don't sync up and he ends up throwing a weird ball behind the receiver, at their feet. 5 yards over their heads, etc.

And as for the Saints.. after losing your born again franchise Qb (Jameis Winston) to season ending knee surgery.. you had a former league MVP, and multi time pro Bowl QB at home sitting on his couch eating a bowl of cereal. Chomping at the bit -- both literally and figuratively -- to get a chance to prove he's still a viable starting option at Qb, by the name of Cameron "Cam" Jerrell Newton. Btw, you've seen him up close and personal for about nine years, give your defense hell. And you pass up on the opportunity to sign the brother.. instead choosing to hitch your wagons to noodle arm Loss Trev Siemian, and Taysom Tebow-Hill? Yeah. You deserve to go from conference championship contending team, to NFC doormats.
