This piece was composed by Anton Karas and he played it in the movie "The Third Man". My mom had the 78 record with this piece and the theme song from that movie. Great playing and a wonderful piece of music.
My father loved this movie and the soundtrack as do I. Dad special ordered the album from England back in the day and we both played it over and over. Never get tired of listening to it.
