Can’t ignore how skilfully they mixed the catchy, mystery element of the song and story of Hello Neighbour with such a raw, emotional ending. I'm not crying at the fact that they used a sad version of the first hello neighbor song they did when The neighbor sacrifices himself, there's just something in my eyes!
So, the first time I watched the new musical today, I wasn't too keen on it. The music was ok, but I've had zero experience with the game(s), and the plot of the musical seemed overly complicated and confusing. However, the more I've watched it (to catch small details), the more I'm coming to enjoy it. The heavy use of the violin in the instrumental is phenomenal.
I love how the notes from the first Hello Neighbor musical got used near the end, that is such a neat touch! I don't know Hello Neighbor 2, and don't really care about it, but if this ends up being the actual story, it'd be so cool.
I love everything about this, it's everything HELLO NEIGHBOR AND RE in one musical! The ending hit me in the feels AND with NOSTALGIA! the ending was so heartfelt and amazing, the lore in the ending was a tiny bit off (with the main character [Quentin] being The Neighbour's son), but the score at the end, with the original tune from the original Hello Neighbour Musical HIT ME WITH THE NOSTALGIA! What a time this must be to work on this channel for 11 YEARS! I found the channel when I was like 5 or 6-ish, so this is great!
Alright, get ready for an a longer one. Music: I love the music in this. It's my new favorite song from RE, and it tells the story very well. I've said this before, but the ending especially reminds me of Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog. This is a great addition to the RE collection, and as someone who theorizes, this is definitely similar to how I dive into clues. Story: HOLY CRAP. I did not see that ending coming. I thought Quentin was actually going to die. I also like the addition of Quentin being the "new neighbor" character in this series. It makes me wonder if someone is going to break into his house... Overall: A very great musical! Everyone killed it, and it's great to see all these familiar faces back for this project! This musical is theorist approved. 😉
The cool part is actually the ending violins recreate "What's in your basement" instrumental and it makes me tear up knowing that so long ago, the fact they still remembered the song that good to make the violins verse a literal sad version of the actual instrumental. Keep up the good work

I have a tendency to guess villains correctly and while I didn’t have a exact person, I felt it was too obvious to be the neighbor. I mean, I wasn’t wrong.

Bro I know this is gonna sound unoriginal but this song hit me in the feels at the end bro, like, imagine your father leaving you, then finding out he was a murderer, only to then have to leave him to die, and have nothing to prove any of it so you have to deal with it alone, knowing that murderers are aloud to roam the streets with no consequences.

Okay, here´s a random observation. If the neighbor is alive in this musical there are 2 possible options: 1. Up on my housetop isn´t cannon or 2. The tattletale plush didn´t actually kill him at the end of the musical.

While I must applaud this song and all the hard work and effort that went into it, I do heavily suggest that if you do put captions on your video, please don't put slightly darker white words on a white background. It makes it really difficult to read and breaks the immersion of the video. Other than that, good work!

The trailer looked very good. Whilst I haven't seen the actual game I'm still hyped for this.

I'm not crying at the fact that they used a sad version of the first hello neighbor song they did when The neighbor sacrifices himself, there's just something in my eyes!

So, the first time I watched the new musical today, I wasn't too keen on it. The music was ok, but I've had zero experience with the game(s), and the plot of the musical seemed overly complicated and confusing. However, the more I've watched it (to catch small details), the more I'm coming to enjoy it. The heavy use of the violin in the instrumental is phenomenal.
I love how the notes from the first Hello Neighbor musical got used near the end, that is such a neat touch!
I don't know Hello Neighbor 2, and don't really care about it, but if this ends up being the actual story, it'd be so cool.
I love everything about this, it's everything HELLO NEIGHBOR AND RE in one musical!
The ending hit me in the feels AND with NOSTALGIA! the ending was so heartfelt and amazing, the lore in the ending was a tiny bit off (with the main character [Quentin] being The Neighbour's son), but the score at the end, with the original tune from the original Hello Neighbour Musical HIT ME WITH THE NOSTALGIA!
What a time this must be to work on this channel for 11 YEARS!

Music: I love the music in this. It's my new favorite song from RE, and it tells the story very well. I've said this before, but the ending especially reminds me of Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog. This is a great addition to the RE collection, and as someone who theorizes, this is definitely similar to how I dive into clues.
Story: HOLY CRAP. I did not see that ending coming. I thought Quentin was actually going to die. I also like the addition of Quentin being the "new neighbor" character in this series. It makes me wonder if someone is going to break into his house...
Overall: A very great musical! Everyone killed it, and it's great to see all these familiar faces back for this project! This musical is theorist approved. 😉

The cool part is actually the ending violins recreate "What's in your basement" instrumental and it makes me tear up knowing that so long ago, the fact they still remembered the song that good to make the violins verse a literal sad version of the actual instrumental. Keep up the good work

This is amazing. Honestly even after 2 years, i want to imagine an ending where Quentin and The Neighbor fight them off. But the Original instrumental playing after "Goodbye Neighbor" Tugs at my heart strings. SO hard.

I watched a let's play of this game, and I'm honestly impressed Random Encounters managed to make a cohesive and interesting story out of the incoherent madness that was this game

I remember loving the hello neighbour songs you guys made back in the day, and this one is no exceptions!
Bro I know this is gonna sound unoriginal but this song hit me in the feels at the end bro, like, imagine your father leaving you, then finding out he was a murderer, only to then have to leave him to die, and have nothing to prove any of it so you have to deal with it alone, knowing that murderers are aloud to roam the streets with no consequences.
I cannot grasp what made me fall for this song, but while still listening to it the first time it became my new favourite song. 😁

Okay, here´s a random observation. If the neighbor is alive in this musical there are 2 possible options: 1. Up on my housetop isn´t cannon or 2. The tattletale plush didn´t actually kill him at the end of the musical.

Okay, NOW THIS. I don't even know how to explain how awesome this is there are no words to describe how I feel about this musical!
The song lyrics are so awesome and creepy I love it. Explains it very well. But the music itself is also just splendid, and the actors did such a amazing job singing this! The high note Gwen does is perfect. The harmonies are just over the top. I love this song and it's probably my new favourite, I say probably it IS my new favourite. Lol. I've been listening to it non stop since it was released. But the story! Holy I have to say something about that! When I watched it for the first time I was in utter shock. I was actually shaking I have no idea why but apparently it was that good! (My friend was like "oh my gosh are you seriously shaking!?" And I might have shed a tear or two- just saying just saying. Hehe
But the second time EVERYTHING started to click, I even had to think about the teaser to make it all come together. I LOVE it so creative but the ending I was like "oh well that took a turn" I thought Quinten was going to die but NO gotta go back in time to the past and family relation ships also very creative. then the knife throw and the scream, spine chilling. I've gotta say when Gwen was like "Kill the traitor!" I was like "whoah" so good, I'm going to keep saying how good this is and you can't stop me! Keep up the good work RE! *whispers* so good. While I must applaud this song and all the hard work and effort that went into it, I do heavily suggest that if you do put captions on your video, please don't put slightly darker white words on a white background. It makes it really difficult to read and breaks the immersion of the video. Other than that, good work!
