Many thanks for the information of host and guest. Very good presentation especially for risk of asbestos as insulation in old buildings. But I would like to add that asbestos will not cause cancer but asbestosis.

有香港人做測量師，之前買樓的本地人做測量都好簡陋，所以而家將會買樓就要搵番香港人測量師，起碼清楚解釋份報告

請問亞文! 英國的公司一般請人應有幾次interviews, 如Surveyor 公司招聘surveyor 在 final interview 需不需要見面？ 可否用Webair 或用 Zoom, 目的是想來英前找到工作先
(可能系conditional offer 都OK) ,我以前在英國讀書已有RlCS/HKIS 現在在HK打緊工的, 我不想再留在HK。

hi, 我目前喺英國做緊building control surveyor, 對呢行都有啲認識，你喺香港係咪都係做緊bs? 我（加埋某一兩個headhunt）嘅睇法係，除非間公司喺香港有業務，甚至國際間有業務，佢哋都有機會對有香港BS背景嘅人有興趣，但local公司就窄洗啲，因為佢哋唔知你幾時可以上工，太多uncertainty嘅話又係難搞

Go to Aberystewth instead as it is a small town, ie cheaper and most importantly there are no Chinese and hongkongers there
