The spray painting is from Churchill, Manitoba. Its alone the Hudson Bay in Canada and is a town that has one of the highest Polar Bear populations in the world. Through the 90s and 00s scientists were marking the bear like this so they could track them. Something about the artic water that messed with the traditional radio collars. So this dude is from Manitoba, Canada and made it all the way to Russia.

not sure who did it, but the T-34 was a famous russian tank in WW2. That would be a huge coincidence. Using Occam's razor to weed out the BS, I think some drunk russian (maybe a spec. ops guy doing artic training) "tagged" the bear.

Also the main killing technique of big cats, biting the neck, is hard to do against bears, since they have the ability to stand up and their neck fat is much thicker than anything lions and tigers are used to hunt/kill.

Swimming at Lake Worth beach … I was on sand bar about to swim back to shore… it was only like 30 ft from shore. As I was about to dive in deep water from sand bar, I almost jumped right in front on Lemon shark swimming by.
