In my childhood days ( 1974), I have seen such circular gutter with stone wheel, moving for preparing lime sand mortar

The mosque was built by Maharaja Jagatjit Singh, the last ruler of Kapurthala.

not anymore. it is now a dusty town without much to discover in the city. With Punjabi leaving the city for Kanedda and UP-Bihar people coming and changing the demography of whole punjab by having 4-6 puppies of every couple while individual punjabi couple dont have more than 2 kids
