However, two very important tests are missing in my opinion: - the lifting on dry colour - the application of a second wash over a first layer of dry colour (glazing)...on some papers the previous layer blurs and on others it does not move at all. I would really like to know how these 2 papers behave with this very common technique...
I keep hearing the newer version is bad. Is it true? I been using it for colored pencil portraits, and so far it feels great. I never used the older one
Again, I’m sure I’ve seen one of your reviews before and there also you made a point of commenting on the cover design of the pads……why? What the hell does the cover design have to do with the paper. Again you’re doing finished pencil work on watercolour paper. It’s not FOR drawing, it’s for watercolour painting….wet media.
