  • This is the story of Philipp Lenard, a Hungarian physicist who made many profound discoveries about cathode rays. He also started the explanation of the photoelectric effect that would later be finished by Einstein, which would be his first major breakthrough as a physicist.

      I do worry about the burnout. And I want my videos to be better but for the views I am getting its not worth the extra effort you know? Maybe one day I could be like Veritasium with all the cool animations

    Einstein did not discover E=mc^2. It was Samuel Tolver Preston and Olinto de Pretto who published the famous equation in 1903.

    Sounds like Lenard did all the work and analysis of what it meant and Einstein stole all his ideas.
