Never seen ukwa cooked this way esp with green and shredded bitterleaf . But will try it out see, who knows, it could be new favourite 😉

Maggi crayfish don't have same taste like it used to years back..I dunno what they did to change that taste but I prefer the former one than now

Ngor is burnt palm fruit stalk .....after removing the palm fruit from its bunch u burn it and the ash becomes ngor ....very medicinal as well and better than the potash
FYI the pressure cooker won't make it soft if you don't add the potash or the ngu
