Seeing the unboxing of the Hardened Edition really hit me in the feels. I remember that being my first midnight release event. Lots of friendships began with that game.
I still have my entire bo1 and bo2 collectors box from their release days. Crazy to look back on life and think how 10+ years went in what feels like a blink of an eye
Back when Black Ops 2 had been announced and the Care Package edition had been announced, that was all I looked forward to. Sadly, I didn’t have enough money as I was a teen with no job but I was able to get Black Ops 2, just not the care package. I created a ton of memories playing that game.
I never got the chance to play the original call of duty games since I only had a ps2. When I got a ps4 in 2014 most call of duty games started to drop off, as in weren't as good as the original games. Still have never played a COD game, but I envy all the memories people have made playing them on the Xbox 360 and PS3

I got my sister to preordered BO2 Hardened Edition. Gave her the full amount. Turned up on midnight release (my one and only) and turned out she had preordered the care package edition. Lucky pre-teen me carried around that sort of extra money.

In 2010, my GameStop called me 2-3 days earlier to say BO Hardened Edition had arrived so if I wanted I could pick it up. Lol I rushed the same minute I hung up, before they closed that evening. One of the happiest days ever. I played ALL night until 8am.

DS Version is not bad it’s confusing the control layout but 2nd nature once you get used to it. Definitely could make a reappearance if they retouched the graphics definitely recommended picking it up and giving it a shot if the opportunity comes up. And it has a few zombie maps too and multiplayer definitely worth a go!

1) BO1 2) BO3 3) BO2 All 3 are my favorite CoD games even when compared to IW and SH games. BO1 was my first fps game on the 360 and BO3 is the first game I have put countless hours into both MP and Zombies. Very solid games.
@@grimmo79 I always enjoyed the mp. Nothing special, but it's really good compared to the 3 latest games. I went back and gave zombies a chance and I don't think that's bad either. Just nowhere near as good as BO 1-3.
I always try to look for collector's editions and such but it ain't easy when Activision doesn't even tell about them. I always stumble upon them by accident and I always question if it's official or some pirate stuff 🤷🏻♂️ and apparently there also exists limited edition stuff that gets sent to a few "influencers" which means that I'll never find them.. ☹️
