Five is the only sibling so far who hasn't been hugged. WE NEED HUGS FOR FIVE IN SEASON 3!!!
I feel like this would be either Five awkwardly comfort hugging one of his siblings (say, maybe, Alison when she inevitably realised that Claire doesn’t exist in the new timeline). Or some of the siblings, Like Diego, Klaus and Alison, all hug him and he’s awkwardly in the centre groaning uncomfortably 😂 and before the hug was a lot of “no! No. Nope. No. No. Don’t touch me. No!” *family hug and uncomfortable groaning from Five*
He doesn’t seem a hugging type to me 😅 sort of like Eugene from the Try Guys

I know I'm late but, if they ever do get their timeline again, I think it would be cool if they somehow brought Ben back in the process. And THEN Five would get his hug because you can bet he'd been so happy to see his brother again.

I loved that bit where dad was putting down Diego by calling him insignificant and then it cut to Five's "no one is insignificant!"
I adored all their relationships this season. One of my favourites (weirdly enough) was actually Luther and Vanya. I just loved how Luther regretted everything and wanted to apologise, but didn't wanna push her or bring her away from where she was clearly happy, then when she was involved again he was *so protective* of her! Just the way he told Diego off for the whole knife thing and how he told him she was fine and then later was impressed by her power and the control. It was just so cute! (Honestly, Luther's relationships with everyone this season were really well done imo... He and Diego were hilarious as well as adorable with how they tried to be there for each other and assure each other. Then he and Five were amazing too. )
And of course Klaus and Allison. How excited they were to see each other, Klaus and Ben going to break Ray out of prison for her. Klaus' immediate worry for her when he saw the Police going somewhere (and he'd *just* seen Dave, but his mind immediately went to his sister...) and went to her rescue. How he went to her after his relapse, and the obvious worry she had for him. Then everything with them and Vanya too. Just adorable!
I've been waiting for people to vid the whole family since S2, and there haven't been enough videos... :(

Also how Klaus doesn't even ask why there's a body in her home, and is just like "ok, we burning or burying?"
Dazzlefae 2002 I agree to the MOON and back! Not every show does well in the sibling arena but this one....man. They all are such great actors hands down!
Amanda Brooks (I also love how they outright made a joke about the fact that everyone thinks Luther was always mentioning the moon... And I adored Luther this season... 😂)
Luther and Five bonding is hopefully foreshadowing the fact that in the comics, they were revealed to be fraternal twins (something Reginald never even told them because he's that much of an asshole).
Luther always breaks my heart, i think he’s one of the characters in this show people can relate allot to, he was given a leadership complex at such an early age, but the moment he stumbled he was blamed for it, he lost 5 and 6 and then eventually his family as they moved in with their lives. He stayed cause he was suited to do anything else and out of moral obligation as he felt as he owed it to his dad to stay. His father abused his trust and kindness and turned him into a mutant, and Luther is left with no friends or a life, just his family.

This family can be dysfunctional at times (every damn day) but in the best way. The love they have for each other , the way they look out for each other , their little relationships, their funny moments, and even the little fights make them great. At the end of the day they are a FAMILY and they will always be there for each other. I freaking love them❤️

Honestly, I feel like what made this season so amazing (better than season 1 imo) was the exploration of the relationship between the siblings on a deeper level, that acknowledged the very real love and loyalty they feel toward one another. It was really well handled with all of the characters, but I think the one with the most clear examples is definitely Five. He was willing to literally slaughter people for his family, refused to leave them even when it would have been easier, and consciously placed himself in harm's way to protect his siblings (even Luther, who is clearly more physically resilient than he is at this point). I just really loved the way the show navigated their relationships this season, and I super appreciate people like you who are able to condense all of those amazing scenes into a 4 minute narrative!

This made me tear up.. *like THIS was honestly made SO DAMN WELL* *- i don't even know what to say.* *This whole video shows and perfectly sums up - that no matter how much all of them went through individually - alone and as a family, no matter what they do or say, those hardships, those feelings, those emotions and those harsh and mean words they say to each other - at the end of the day, they are siblings.* *Biological or not, they are a family; and no matter what happens - whether it's fighting guys with guns, weird peeps with briefcase or even the end of the fucking world -- they will always have each others back.*

Oh.My.Gosh! This was stunning, it was absolutely amazing! I was left speechless and in awe. The Umbrella Academy is a very action packed and humorous show, but it is actually very sad as well. You did an amazing job capturing how sad it is and I love it. It made my eyes water and again, you really conveyed how deep of a show it is, great job!
I wonder if S3 is gonna reveal that Luther and Five are actually fraternal twins (canon in the comics). Reginald keeping this piece of information from them was so disgusting. If Luther and Five had been raised as the twins they are, it would be very likely to assume Luther would have been destroyed after losing Five, and that he probably wouldn't have wasted so much time on Reginald, and the moon.
I'm also pretty sure that's why Reginald kept the information from them, because in his clever mind he probably already foresaw that if he raised them as twins, in the worst case scenario of one of them dying the other would also become useless. So likely he kept it from them so they wouldn't form a twin bond, with them being fraternal the factor that allows it to remain a secret. Reginald is one of those incredibly intelligent people who also happen to be very disgusting. If he hadn't been so rich, child services would have intervened, I swear.
