Physical Training ain't easy at Law Enforcement Academy

Recruits at the Law Enforcement Academy at Valencia College undergo 60 minutes of physical training every day. The training includes running, jumping-jacks, push-ups, sit-ups and more. The only rule during physical training: Don't throw-up on the mat.
