I think this is a big help when you have more kids, my other two don't use a stroller they walk alot so i feel safe because they all go in the car at the same time and don't have to go and spend the time taking out a stoller or putting it back in from the trunk or carrying a carseat to the store if there is no carts outside while trying to keep my other kids safe in the parking lot and trying to hold their little hands, They know they need to always grab my hand or the side of the stroller/cart. Also islts slim and not bulky.
Not heavy to me at all and You never “THROW AWAY” a Doona CAR Seat strolling❗️It absolutely holds its value and very easy to resale. I TRAVEL a lot and ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY DOONA STROLLER!
I really appreciated this review I’m waiting for mines to come in the mail tomorrow! I’m a traveling licensed massage therapist so I tote a table that pretty large in size and my family travels often so I loved that about the all in one convenience! And your baby is adorable!
First time using and it is so awesome. Except.....I had a hard time converting it to a car seat with the baby in it (I'm sure it'll get easier once I keep using it). And Oh my gosh, it is dang heavy and so hard to lift onto the car. I am petite.
I love the baby cam 🥰 she’s the cutest!! Also I love that the doona has an adjustable stroller handle!! That’s literally my number one complaint about our travel system. As a tall mom, I don’t want to have to hunch over just to take a walk with my baby 😭
You do have to be a little more careful getting it back into the car (like you would with any stroller) and it’s definitely meant for paved terrain. But I haven’t had any issues with normal use!
2nd time parent, I’m not impressed with this. I’ve used mine 5 months now and think we’re gonna look for something else. Or go back to a graco car seat and separate stroller. But worth the money. Baby thinks it’s uncomfortable.
We are still using it at 15 months! My daughter is short for her age, so she still fits the ratings. We will hand it down to brother when he comes in one month!
@@aprilslife6745 There’s no limit for how long a baby can stay in, but if you’re not in the car/using it as a stroller, the best option would be to transfer a sleeping child. It’s the same as any bouncer/container/car seat!
@@amamahercookies2338 o ok ..i have no idea really as it will be my first time.. so if shes awake its ok ?.. i was thinking if i can take her out n go shopping n travel and use it as a stroller u c 🙂..
I’m glad you like it! The difference with the Doona is that there’s no need to get out a stroller and transfer the seat. You’re definitely paying (money and weight) for that added convenience!
@@amamahercookies2338 Thanks! The Baby Trend Passport Bassinet with EZ Lift Plus is a new one. If you have time, would you mind looking at it and sharing your thoughts on it based on your baby experience? Of course, it's not an all-in-one, but it's pretty light weight and less than half the price. Wondering if I should get that or just stick with the Doona.
@@loveanimals-0197 It definitely seems like a good budget option if you’re not looking for an all-in-one! The infant seat is 7.5lbs versus the 16.5lb of the Doona, so good if you’re not able to carry much weight (especially helpful postpartum). I do like that it has lots of storage that the Doona doesn’t! Overall, I would personally choose the Doona still because we do a lot of in and out quick trips on our errands and I like not having to get out a stroller and transfer!

Yes! We’re going to be selling ours soon since my baby finally outgrew it!
How much where can i go to purchase?@@amamahercookies2338
Thanks for sharing this. I’m considering getting one but this gave me some things to put into perspective for sure!!

Yes, I'm planning on getting one, it looks convenient and we're I'm at there only $280 🙂 Thank you
Brand new $280 wow that’s good where at ?
Hey I have been watching reviews about this and I just want to say your video is the best one out there! Cheers
Thank you so much! I appreciate that! We’ve been using it for over 2 years now through 2 kids and still highly recommend!
I agree!
thinking of getting this as our car seat and getting a vista 2 for stroller and just using this for small grocery trips or unexpected situations.
I can't help but love the Doona! The price is what keeps me unsure but it seems so easy to use and super cute :D
I hear you! I would argue it’s totally worth it! Especially if you plan to have more kids (like we do!) and will get more than one use out of it.
@@amamahercookies2338 that's true! Plus there is a special edition gold one that I've been eyeing.
@@maidnDREA I’ve seen that one! 😍😍
And not safe

It is a little awkward to lift into the car, especially at first! I hope you’re loving it!
I literally am having the same issue right now...
Such an informative video!! Thank you!!
Great info thanks😊
Such a cute baby! Great review, thank you! 😊
Thanks so much!
Any comparison to the Evenflo dual ride
I haven’t tried that, so I can’t speak to it!
Love to hear and see your baby, on this video. Little Angel.
Thank you! She’s so fun!

Seriously! It’s so handy to have the different options!
How are you liking it when the ground is wet or muddy?
You do have to be a little more careful getting it back into the car (like you would with any stroller) and it’s definitely meant for paved terrain. But I haven’t had any issues with normal use!
Is it only a 4 point harness?
It’s a standard 5 point harness

Does it have the head support for newborn?
Yes! It has a full newborn insert and I’ve found that the head support section (that you don’t ever take off) is very supportive from day 1.
Does it fit in fiat 500?
It’s fairly low profile! Should fit in most cars. It’s only slightly larger than a typical infant seat
Does isofix maxi cosi base fit for doona
You would have to check with the manufacturer, but my guess would be no!
She is so adorable!!
Thank you! She’s been “talking” so much recently and we love it!!

I love my doona stroller so much…makes my life easier
I don’t think it’s worth it, you have to add a lot of add ons to equate to an actual stroller
The graco Modes Nest Travel System is more up my alley
You make a good point! It’s definitely more minimalist and not for everyone!
@@amamahercookies2338 yes, my baby is here and i love the Graco stroller so far!👌
