Depends on what activity. Stormerg is great on pvp free roam. the weaponized tampa is spectacular on heists, specially on pc, where you are able to aim easily. The halftrack is extremelly strong, but way to slow to be used on any level of play

The stromberg's windows that does not break is not a bug, it happens to you don't destroy the car if you go on the water, if the glass breaked it would get destroyed as it happens when you break its door.
My favourite vehicle is Storm-berg as it looks disguised as a normal NPC vehicle that you would find of the streets but instead it’s a submarine with rockets 🚀 and then half track as off road vehicle
Unless the Armored Kuruma is actually stronger against small arms fire, the Stromburg will kill an unoccupied vehicle much faster than 6 seconds (with machine guns), they're stupid strong. Also, reason its windows don't break out is because of sub mode, can still get shot through like normal glass. Halftrack's front windows are impenetrable, and regardless of armor pack, the side window hitbox is the same, so you might as well go with the first (second?) and not the last, so the driver can still shoot too.

It is not a bug that the glass on stormberg doesnt break. Rockstar made it little logic. Because when you go under water you cant have broken windows because then the water will get in. And that is why it doesnt break.
Half track and stromberg are easily the best. The armored tampa is simply a gigantic waste of money and is useless in almost every situation besides jobs

When testing the types of guns (single mini gun vs dual mini guns) test them on the same vehicle to see difference, that drives me nuts.
The half track is really good, it’s just slow and you can easily get shot out of the back cannon, you can also use it on heists.
