With 40 some years of raising 3 boys and hunting and fishing dang near every weekend I’m pretty much retired. Still get out in the woods occasionally and still keep and cherish all my hunting equipment, but knife collecting is my #1 now! Best old man hobby an ex avid outdoorsman could ask for.

Good afternoon, HT. That's beautiful 110. I especially like the nickel silver bolsters. I started out my Buck experience with a 110, but I've found the 112 to be a better choice for me. I wish Buck would make more traditional patterns in the USA. Maybe they don't see an upside in traditional slip joints?

Nice Variant. "Older than time itself"?? For those of us older than any Buck 110 and who used to hunt dinosaurs in our youth, the 110 is a "space age" wonder. I even have a few friends that are convinced this whole folding hunter thing is just a fad. Cool knife. Buck does S35VN very well.

@@HTS_EDC No offense taken. I should probably update my perspective. The 110 is no longer that innovative modern wonder it was when I first laid eyes on it. All I knew was I wanted one and so did everyone else in my circle of friends. 110s in our part of the world were scarce and expensive.
You can come visit us anytime in January through February 😂it gets single digits 🌬️🥶☃️❄️ but we wear glasses we are over 200lbs plus we both love dogs we both love knives we both love the outdoor. My favorite is S35VN I’ve actually had better opinion about s35VN over S90V . BUT We are both disabled I’m probably forgetting a few in commons lol you love red I love green lol we had a kid lived downstairs from us growing up he was nicknamed spaghetti Eddy lol he was as skinny as spaghetti lol another fun video HT you stay safe stay strong and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY (MRS.ABBY& LITTLE BIT)

I accidentally bought another knife , this is what happens when you window shop. I was just minding my own business n just stumbled across a heritage schrade set , and I could not help making an offer. Any way in the set it has a lb7 ( says heritage not LB7 ( and USA) but it appears that it is nickle silver … I’ll know for sure when I get it . But : ‘funny I thought oh I have a couple of schrade lb7 but wait , ‘this one’s a little different’ , I give up . I guess I’m still buying. Hi my name is Jim and I can’t say no to a deal😵💫. Oh yeah sharp 110! Nice.

always if you don't know what to get it's a old reliable knife thats really hard to beat even after all these years and most people after they get it there hand say ok I get it there's a ton of steels handle materials sometimes reinventing the wheel just doesn't work
