My wife and I have traveled to Mexico, to the touristy areas like Cancun, Cozumel, etc... a few times. But, for 8 straight years, we went to parts that were off the beaten path, not many tourists go where we went. I so enjoyed the people, the food and the fellowship with them. Over and over, we met people who invited us over for dinner. We sat at several kitchen tables having food much like what you got at these stands. We missed going to Mexico in 2020 because of the pandemic. I hope I get to go back soon!

I was just in Puerto Vallarta Zona Romantica On my Honeymoon and I was searching all over for street tacos with Tripas and Machitos but I couldn't find any! There was one stall with Tripas on the menu but they were all gone. I was so excited to hunt for these tacos because of watching your videos but I was probably looking in the wrong area. We did find the BEST Tacos al Pastor!!!!! So I was very happy!!!!
