SOOP MAK TANG (Lao Cucumber Salad)
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium size cucumbers (American slicing cucumber), peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
2 tsp salt
SEASONING & HERBS:
2 tsp fish sauce (3 crab brand)
1\2 tsp Msg
1\2 tsp toasted chili powder
2-1\2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, crushed
1 tbsp Vietnamese coriander, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2-3 red thai chilies, chopped
