    Just so you know… I’ve been attempting a shoulder mount for over a year. I’ve been conditioning. I’ve been doing the exercises. NEVER got it. Watched your video. Attempted from the floor? IMMEDIATELY got it. Stood up, tried it on my feet? IMMEDIATELY got it.
    THANK YOU QUEEN!!!!
    EXCELLENT teacher 👍🏻

    It’s so hard :,(

      It is always hard on the beginning but practice makes it easy. You can do it 💜

      Have you tried this pole move already? Do you consider it as beginner or intermediate? 💜

    • @ttjay5934
      @ttjay5934 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SuperFlyHoney definitely intermediate but with the added conditioning of the floor practice helps to understand it won't happen overnight and really requires consistency in conditioning

    • @SuperFlyHoney
      @SuperFlyHoney  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ttjay5934 No worries. At the earlier part of the tutorial, there's a mention of the conditioning exercises to get beginners to confidently perform this in the long run. Really glad you found the practice exercises helpful.

      @@SuperFlyHoney TY! I'm excited because this move has been a nemesis for me. Due to pelvic floor atrophy from osteo-sarcoma (bone🦴) cancer & reconstructive surgery (lower extremity🦿 limb salvage saving surgery), it's taken a long time to even get to the conditioning part so I really appreciate the information 💛🎗🌻🎗

    This hurts

    • @SuperFlyHoney
      @SuperFlyHoney  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It can hurt but with proper pole conditioning and warm up, it can be achieved with minimal pain 💜
