If you do this to a different height, the stone brick walls should be 7 blocks shorter than the main structure. E.G. 24=17. 30=23. 42=35 etc. Edit: This number does not include the extra 2 blocks on top.
I just spendt 30 minutes figuring out wether I had gone insane or not on the first arch or not, only to realise you changed the arch design as you made the second arch and never mentioned so in the video... Thanks...
Just spent my weekend building this in survival. Learned a lot about scaffolding! It was quite a challenge but very satisfying. The bridge looks great. Thank you for putting out this guide.
I don't usually comment but now I got to say that you did excelent job with this tutorial. Good pace and very easy to follow. Keep up the good work man! You have just earned a new subsciber :) and thank you!
You have no idea how motivating these types of comments are. You've just made my day! Thanks for stopping by and I'm glad you enjoyed! More on the way soon :D
Great design but people will be discouraged by the comments saying the tutorial is wrong you should point the error out and explain how to correctly do it since it’s a large build and a good one at that Also for those curious the error is at 1:00 the slap is wrong
building that entire thing in survival was long and painful, but for sure worth it. I must say that the the tutorial has 1 flaw: when making the first arches, there is an extra block at the end which is not shown in the actual tutorial, but it's an easy fix. Either way, thanks a lot, I can't wait to build like 2 more arches to finish the entire bridge. edit: I finished 3 more arches like 3 months ago but i kinda just forgot about this comment
You messed up on the arch instructions and it really was making me mad because I followed them perfectly but couldn’t figure out what was wrong until I watched you build the other side of the arch and watched brick by brick and was able to fix it. Just a heads up
Thanks , I’m building this in survival , I’m almost done the pillars, just used cobblestone for the center as it will be covered up with deepslate bricks.
Omg in survival crossing a 100+ high, 60+ wide gorge... This is massive to take on lol. I need to drop down by 9 along the way and started from the top. Talk about doing it very awkwardly, especially figuring out the arch. I did discover you can just fill the columns in with dirt or leave them empty (and light up) to save a lot of blocks if your bridge has a bunch of arches. Let's see if I manage to work this out.
I gotta do smth similar, I was just gonna make my own bridge design but I dont like how it's coming out so- here I am lol ive gotta do 58ish blocks high and somehow go down 9 blocks and id only have like 2 arches-
it frustrated me that you changed the bow like shape from when u explained it and when u started filling the middle with deepslate bricks. look at how u explained it then look at it again when u started filling the middle with deepslate bricks. they are not the same
Idk why people have been complaining, it’s a very good tutorial, and the bridge is very easy to modify for different heights and even lengths, I accidentally made mine 3 blocks longer and it still turned out just fine
yo my guy i’m loving this design so far, just wondering how to make it longer. Kinda stuck on how to continue the design on, especially around the ‘legs’ /supports if the bridge, cheers

Love this comment!
i don’t understand
i counted block by block on the video before seeing this comment xD
So how do you do the arch then if the bridge is 40 blocks tall? Like compared to the tutorial what do you change?
@@juniorjunior5442make the stone walls 33 blocks instead of 17….

same mine ended up looking so different. i was so confused
fcking spent 1 hour to rebuild that walls over and over again. I thought i lost my mind.
Yeah I just spent ages trying to see if I was insane or not as well
im glad I can relate to somebody
hey guys how did you figure it out? im still stuck with the arch
I like how you make your tutorials, Simple quick Hello! and getting straight to the point with the materials, no long 10 minute intro :3

A wrong block on 1:01 - alert for all who actually use this tutorial: check the building of the opposite part of arch.

Great video and a really good location to enhance the area.
More of these please.
Thank you! Working on more already :)
Great Tutorial! Do be loving that bridge!
Thank you Lindinger! Glad you like the design
I needed a design that both looked good and had the internal space to hide my anti-player sonic wall, and here it is.
This took me forever to do on survival, i switched the colours and made it mainly from cobbled deepslate it looks awesome
You're getting better at these tutorials man, I love it. Keep it up
Thanks Rofo! Next vid already in the works :D

Thank you for pointing that out, or I would've wasted a lot of my time making extra stone bricks
dude thanks alot this is long and painful to build but I saved alot of time bc of you

Thanks for the heads up! Strange that I never noticed that :o
I had the same problem. But it’s not hard to fix.

That's the most solid bridge I've seen, it's rock-hard. Gettit?

what shader did u use?
Can you name the materials in order shown, please? I can't recognize some of them.
Stone bricks, stone, cobblestone, deepslate bricks, cobbled deepslate, stone brick slabs, stone brick stairs, stone brick walls, deepslate brick stairs, deepslate brick slabs, smooth stone slab
Yeah I wish we had a better tutorial I deleted Minecraft cause of this
