  • Come join us for our first experience camping at the Fort Casey campground!
Diane and I have taken round-trip ferry boat sailings from Port Townsend to Coupeville many times to visit my father in Anacortes since we moved to Washington State in 2017. And every time that we slowly passed by the Fort Casey campground as the ferry landed or launched at the Coupeville terminal, we wondered what it would be like to camp there in our RV. After my dad died in 2021, we no longer had a reason to make this journey, except to explore Whidbey Island, Fidalgo Island, and destinations further north. Although we have visited Fort Casey many times, camping there, even for this one night was a fun adventure for us old folks and especially for our two-and-a-half-year-old Norwegian Elkhound, Skye!
