You enter the hallowed halls of steel and slip into your gear. First, you warm up your body and get the blood pumping. The initial sets go easily and you feel your muscles tighten more and more after each completed cycle.
Now, you begin to load the plates onto the barbell. You pause for a moment to mentally prepare yourself for what's about to follow.
You sit down to catch your breath. After a while you rise up slowly and position your legs in front of the bar while you take another deep breath. You bend down and your hands clasp the cold steel - at last, there's no turning back now.
And you’re not fooling yourself: It will demand EVERYTHING of you. And if you are not careful, it WILL destroy you entirely. There is no room for mistakes. There is only one way to get out of this in one piece. You have to unleash the berserk in order to survive. And berserk you go.

Edit: Now that I think about it ... Victory or Valhalla sounds more like it would fit better to a second album (Getting Swole in Midgard), haha.
