You pple should all go and relax. The Merger will take place and WILL WORK! Only one compromise and condition is needed to make it work: LP/PDP merges to a party and Obi undertakes to do ONLY 1 TERM (Tinubu's second term) and then Kwankwaso (also now in PDP) will be Vice and then the Presidential candidate or some other northern candidate thereafter.
That is the only route politically settle this.
This is a possible path, however there is another path that will require the commitment of all parties involved. But we shall see as the pendulum swings!

Similar situation occurred with Obi and we knew how that panned out. A pragmatic decision is for the opposition to coalesce around Obi. You may call it a wild goose chase, but the number tell a very different story.. Thankfully we don't have to wishful think. Both men have run under new parties and we can analyse the result and conclude. Thank You.

Achieving this is the wahala with those PDP Hawks being an obstacle- it might take an Obj to stylishly come out of retirement and whip his umbrella children in line.
So, north will be decider, and they will easily side with Tinubu 'cos it's 4yrs and not obi with a potential 8.
