I don't know why but I lost it when you said "Look at that shark's eyes; they're really pretty." Lmao Seriously one of the most impressive looking aquariums I've ever seen. I'd love to just meditate or draw by myself in one of those giant rooms completely surrounded by fish.
I love how in a couple of your recent videos you haven’t edited out you messing up your intro, it’s funny to me to see you repeat yourself, I would do the same thing!
I've worked in the museums and heritage field for 25 years, and from everything I've seen, the Wonders of Wildlife Museum looks like possibly the most beautiful and immersive museum ever built. I want to do Route 66 some day (soon), but I know that this place is going to be one of the things I'm looking most forward to checking out.
Wow... ive been a animal lover my whole life and a zookeeper for the past 3 years. That museum and aquarium are incredible. Nevet knew something like that existed
Carpetbagger it's on my bucket list to meet you. Your one of my heroes. If you can make this happen when you go through Edmond OKC area of route 66 and cross that off for me . It would be so freaking awesome. As always thank you for your content
Certainly one of the Very Best Museums/Aquariums I Have Ever Seen I Really Enjoyed seeing this Video There was So much Going on. I Really Love How you Narrate Everything With so much Fun And Wonderment. Great Job Always Jacob Have A Pleasant Day
Laughed at the toilet coffee mugs 😂 your lunch made my mouth water and I love milkshakes 🍓 that aquarium was beautiful and very relaxing to watch all those beautiful fish swimming around. The owls and octopus were beautiful too 🦉✨🐙 best wishes Jacob and thanks again ☀️
I'm not usually an aquarium kind of guy, but that place was dope. They spared no expense. I should have known once you said it was made by Bass Pro Shop. and those stores are insanely cool.
The World of Wildlife looks amazing. I love how they mixed taxidermy with live animals. This attraction has been on my bucket list but have not made it there yet. I also love to fish and have visited some other Bass Pro shops. This Museum gives me an excuse to visit another Bass pro shop and stock up on fishing tackle.
I live ONE block from there. If I'd known when you were there I would have baked you a cake :) cuz apparently that is what midwest women do...I'm still learning..
Yo, Jake my friend, Pls respond if ur gonna stop in AZ at the meteor crater. You can play matchmaker 4 me. You should head down here to Baja Mexico after CA. I traveled after hurricane irma to 47 states in 5 years, 24 handicapped parking spots in National parks. Gas is cheap here and San Felipe is fun. I have 2 pages on here. old stuff
The Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium looked amazing. Definitely on my "want to visit" list. I am not a fan of wildlife "trophies" but in this environment it is really interesting.
Yes in Japan 🇯🇵 they will call there sandwiches Sando! One of the best is a fruit salad sando A sandwich with a sweet cream with grapes ,strawberries it’s a amazing sandwich!
Definately wanted that Ray Gun and Robot, Sando is Aussie slang for Sandwich so that was probably Aussie style BBQ so potentially could've had a US vs Australia meal if they'd been open.
Gotta be honest....I wasn't paying attention to the video until I heard "unusual rack formations" and quickly looked up. And I don't mind saying, I was slightly disappointed.
Good golly, lordy mercy, what a hoot and a holler this adventure was. That sure is some fine and funny corn-fed wholesome humor. Me-maw was just tickled pink and Jr. was laughing like he just got a bucket full of hush puppies. Gosh.
We understand, travel brochures are one of Joe's guilty pleasures. It started with a few folders of them sorted per state. That led to a full file cabinet in our basement that is bursting at the seams with them and a few bins...we need another filing cabinet. lol
Pretty amazing place! Wow. I'm not sure if my daughter would like it though I don't think she'd like the taxidermy. Well anyway impressive...Oh look at that Jacob, his eyes...black... ha ha have a great trip buddy!
We're actually taking a trip to Missouri soon. My roommate and myself are meeting my sister who will also be driving up there and you are helping me figure out where we will visit. (Why Missouri, do you ask? Our Mom was born there)
Oh hey! I think I've eaten at that Steak and Shake. Didn't know it was the first! My wife and I went to that museum nesrly 20 years ago. It wasn't nearly as furnished back then. And was cheaper.
It's so weird to see you go through my little old hometown of Lebanon. Knowing the town layout like I do, it definitely threw me for a loop. Love your videos man. Thank you for the wholesome entertainment.
Awesome video! I love this road trip you’re doing. To answer your question about Batman and Spider-Man, I think Batman would win because he has weapons. Spider-Man has web slingers. Spider-Man might be faster, but Batman is smart and knows how to use a weapon when he has to. I also love that museum. I’ve never seen a Bass Pro Shop that had a museum in it. That’s really cool. I also like The World’s Largest Gift Store. That is my dream store. If I had enough money, I would have bought every Funko POP in there. We need a Carpetbagger POP. That would be really cool. Well, thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
I love unorthodox stuffed animals so much :D I started collecting them a little while ago, now I've got monsters and all manner of "not-cute" animals like snakes, bugs, and sharks. Stuffed lobsters might seem like a strange product, but there is a market for them! And I'm glad to know kids with weird favorite animals (like me, as a kid three of my favorite animals were hammerhead sharks, black widow spiders, and cobras!) can still have a chance to cuddle up with their favorite critter, no matter how strange! It also probably helps foster a love of conservation and natural science in kids too, to be able to play with more than just the cuddly mammals
I recall seeing a Marvel character strength scale in a spider-man annual back in the 1980s. He can lift and toss a Volkswagon so Bat's is outmatched strength wise.
If Batman and a sane joker can take on evil superman 'ultra man' and whoever Aquaman and wonder womans evil twins were. 'owl man' was lose in the og universe.
The Lincoln Hi way would be a nice trip. In WY. at a rest stop there was a huge head statue of Abe Lincoln and at the time I didn't realize why it was there. So most ppl. don't know about it.
Jacob this was so much fun! Makes me want to visit my local Bass Pro. I hope things are going well for you & your new lady friend! I wish you so much happiness!
I don't know why but I lost it when you said "Look at that shark's eyes; they're really pretty." Lmao Seriously one of the most impressive looking aquariums I've ever seen. I'd love to just meditate or draw by myself in one of those giant rooms completely surrounded by fish.
Me too! I laughed way too hard at that. I was expecting his usual banter...
Add three to that count.
Best show ever. Thanks for taking us on vacation with you.
That aquarium is incredible. The theming is amazing, the animal habitats and care are also very good. I absolutely love it
Jacob, you cracked me up with your commentary in the gift shop!
Awesome Work Bro, Thanks 👍👍👍😀 Greetings from Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸 P.s almost 5000 Miles away!!!
The fish tanks at the aquarium were beautiful and grand in scale!
I love how in a couple of your recent videos you haven’t edited out you messing up your intro, it’s funny to me to see you repeat yourself, I would do the same thing!
Ok, I’ve given you plenty of chances. The black doll’s eyes joke has got to end! I can’t take it any more 😂

That aquarium is really nice.
You gotta keep finding a way to work in the sharks eyes line, it's awesome.
the museum and aquarium were so cool, really enjoyed this Route 66 vlog, this was a different part of the mother road than I've seen others do
My husband and I are literally in Branson right now!
Glad you stopped by Springfield, MO!
Carpetbagger it's on my bucket list to meet you. Your one of my heroes. If you can make this happen when you go through Edmond OKC area of route 66 and cross that off for me . It would be so freaking awesome. As always thank you for your content

Great Job Always Jacob Have A Pleasant Day
I always love the Robert Shaw Jaws quote, "Black.... like a dahl's eyes"
enough with the dolls eyes
Thanks you see you soon
I love the way they decorated that aquarium museum.. Great theming
That museum was outstanding. Thanks Jacob!
That was the most amazing museum! Makes me want to visit. I'm adding it to my bucket list. Great video! Thanks Jacob!
When I see you going down another slide it makes me think of Adam taking his bike down that ridiculous slide ! Good series Jacob, Thanks.
I think some of those Funko Pops are out of print, which means they've been sitting there for a looooong time (and some may be rare).
I remember eating at Steak n' Shake back years ago. That museum looks really great if your big into the history of Rt. 66. Have a great time Jake!
The World of Wildlife looks amazing. I love how they mixed taxidermy with live animals. This attraction has been on my bucket list but have not made it there yet. 6:53 I just remembered I had a plush lobster as a kid!!! I actually just called it a crawfish because we raised some in school.
OMG….I love your videos…Thank You so much for doing these…You are soooo AWESOME…
Wish any of my Steak ‘n Shake’s near me were still open for business.
Love that museum, such great creativity.
We have two Discus! Skitters and Steve!
Not into fish but I loved the aquarium. Museums were super interesting.
Unbelievable how many scenes and how they seemed to have replicated a snap shot out of time beautiful! Thanks awesome job as always!
That is a wonderful museum. I could spend hours in there.
I live ONE block from there. If I'd known when you were there I would have baked you a cake :) cuz apparently that is what midwest women do...I'm still learning..
While that Steak n Shake is historic, it’s not the first Steak N Shake. The first Steak N Shake is in Bloomington, Illinois.
Love the tourist cabin. NY and PA still had some in the 70s

Another interesting fact about Bass Pro Springfield, MO their boat center is located in old 70's style Kmart behind the aquarium.
The Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium looked amazing. Definitely on my "want to visit" list. I am not a fan of wildlife "trophies" but in this environment it is really interesting.
Thank you for these videos. I dont comment much, but I just wanted to let you know I enjoy these videos a lot. Thank you and keep them up :)
Yes in Japan 🇯🇵 they will call there sandwiches Sando! One of the best is a fruit salad sando A sandwich with a sweet cream with grapes ,strawberries it’s a amazing sandwich!
So close to Kearney Missouri. Jesse James museum, grave, and home. Check it out. I’ll chauffer.
Definately wanted that Ray Gun and Robot, Sando is Aussie slang for Sandwich so that was probably Aussie style BBQ so potentially could've had a US vs Australia meal if they'd been open.
Fabulous museum!! A bit scary passing by the buffaloes!
Gotta be honest....I wasn't paying attention to the video until I heard "unusual rack formations" and quickly looked up. And I don't mind saying, I was slightly disappointed.

Great video today. Very interesting.

We understand, travel brochures are one of Joe's guilty pleasures. It started with a few folders of them sorted per state. That led to a full file cabinet in our basement that is bursting at the seams with them and a few bins...we need another filing cabinet. lol

5:40 Oh my goodness! The World's Largest Gift Store has everything!
Hey, Jacob 👋
Carpet bagger is like moar cowbell! 😀
It would seem the new Route 66 Bowl bowling alley in Chandler, OK, is finally open. There's also a new-ish. Rte 66 auto museum in Sapulpa.
Oh hey! I think I've eaten at that Steak and Shake. Didn't know it was the first!

Need a carpetbagger POP
Always love seeing aquariums🐙🐳🦈🐡🐠🐟🐬🐋🐚🦀🦐🦑
You should make merch. I would totally buy. One shirt should definitely say “Black like a dolls eyesssss”
The first Steak and Shake was in Normal Illinois founded in 1934
If you go to Hodgenville, Ky. to Lincoln's log cabin, I'd love to meet you. And get a picture. Love your videos!
wow so cool basepro ty for video this video
I wonder if you bought any funko pops
Loved the coffee mugs! And loved the museum too.
2:50 wonder if that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone in Cars (probably Wigwam Village more tbh)
I recall seeing a Marvel character strength scale in a spider-man annual back in the 1980s. He can lift and toss a Volkswagon so Bat's is outmatched strength wise.

The museum is huuugee.

I have that very toilet cup which I drink my brown liquid from!
