I found this AMV in 2014 after a really rough break-up I went through, and I related a lot to the lyrics and what Sasuke was feeling. I rewatched it so many times that year. I still think about this AMV now and then. It's got a special place in my heart/memory and I'm so glad it's still on TH-cam after all this time. It's perfect 😊

This song fits Sasuke perfectly. I love Sasuke he is one of the best charactere of Naruto and his life is so sad. I hope that he come back to Konoha and will be happy again. Great vid.
This vid is really well done. Perhaps more importantly the song works extremely well, and nicely reflects how Sasuke (unhinged lunatic that he has become) views the situation. The only question I'd ask is why did you cut the line "I wish that you weren't my friend/so I could hurt you in the end"? It strikes me that line would have worked well with the situation and the vid. Minor nitpick though; overall really good work.

This song was one i often listen to when i was really dark,depressed and sad after my 4months old son died in his sleep and i found myself pretty much alone with my sorrow,my mom really cared but she lived 3 hours away by car and i had no car. my dad was living in my house for a few months and after my son died ,he started to drink everyday and blame me for his grandsons death, and that only drove me further into the dark.i managed to kick him out eventually with the help of someone i met 3 weeks before my son died.. i wished so much for help,someone to talk to,someone to help me learn how to deal with the sudden heartbreaking loss but there was no help.. this amv,a few others and anime (i am sure it sounds weird) it helped me keep my sanity... It is many years ago but it still hurts and i often think about my son.. i am happily married now-to the man i meet 3 weeks before my son (Remi- Andre ) died,he really was there for me-it just took me some time to realise it because i was so lost but i am okay now . I still come back once in a while and plays this.. it is a great AMV. Hugs from Norway

Exactly! The controversy and conflict that surrounds Sasuke is one of my favorite aspects of Naruto! I always have people telling me how much they hate him, but the show would be so boring without him. He's an incredibly polarizing character looking at how many people are in love with him and how many absolutely hate him. It's an interesting question. Does what the leaf did to him justify his actions of retaliation? Sasuke may be a little lacking in personality, but his situation is fascinating.
that's actually a scene where Naruto answers Sasuke's question "What's up with you why are you so obsessed with me" Naruto says "Because we're friends" they did not turn on him, it's as if Sasuke is begging with the lyrics of the song "If you still care don't ever let me know"
Seeing all this again and remembering what happend in the show and listening to the song, almost brings me to tears. Sasuke is so far down that long dark road, i just want him to come back. I still love him and its killing me to see him like this and whats its doing to naruto, sakura and kakashi. Sigh my poor babies
Finally finished Naruto and had to come back to watch this again. The fight at 2:30 will always give me chills combined with this song. Absolutely timeless
