If you are salting the water it's salting the Pasta as well. It tastes so much better! But salt actually makes the water cook slower, so if you want to salt your water do it when it's already cooking:)

It's really good for you to drink a lot of liquids first thing in the morning! You get dehydrated as you sleep so you should replenish as soon as you can 😊

Have you ever tried avocado toast with paprika?! I always make mine the same exact way except with paprika instead of red pepper flakes and it’s so good!! Def gonna have to switch it up and try this

Maria Berdeja veggies do not have a lot of protein, actually. They have some, but definitely not enough to meet protein requirements for the day. Both adequate fiber and protein are super important for a variety of bodily functions.
