Hello, unfortunately I don't know how to restore them, but some people make new pieces using acrylic sheets. Do a search on TH-cam and you will find it. Sorry I can't help.
That's not restoring it,that's just taking the old paint off & repainting it the same ugly ass red paint,why didn't you just paint it black or blue or silver or some other color besides that ugly ass red color 🤔

I don't know exactly where the break point was, but if it was on the axle, you can insert a metal pin inside the axle and glue it.
