this is explained so well thank you so much!! i watched a bunch of vids and i couldnt understand back titrations but this was so helpful thank u so much!!!!
Oh my goodness you magical magical man. This is the only thing I couldn't understand for the life of me sir you saved me and my grade and soul. Thank you.💗
Hi Gradefruit, thank you so much for your help. You made me get an A* for my A levels and my crush agreed to out with me for prom. And then my dog regained his ability to walk
really helpful video, much better explained than any of my teachers. however, one small feedback would be to lower the background music volume, felt that its a little loud
Does the model method work for more complex back titrations like on Q35 of the 2021 HSC, more specifically how would you go about incorporating products of the excess reactant that are being titrated into the model method?
Yup it will work for any question! For this specific question, can you email me at gradefruitacademy@gmail.com ? I’ll take a look and reply you again! Thx :)
I have nearly 18 hours trying to solve a bakc titration problem and still can't. Nobody knows how to estimate Cr in dichromate with FeSO4 in excess... Edit: Transforming my normal concentrations in molar concentrations to follow your process, at least I did it! Thanks!!!!
Hmmm Im not sure about the edexcel syllabus as Im from Singapore…but I think its best to double check against other sources (ask around, online forum pages)
Sir ek doubt hai. Volatile substance toh normal temperature me hi vaporise ho jaate hai, toh extra heat dene ka matlab kya hua. Kindly doubt clear kijiyega🙏
You've saved my a-level. I cannot thank you enough for this beautifully short video, 3 minutes I learn more than the whole 2 years I've been taught.

How do I get the excess acid out?
Sir ek doubt hai. Volatile substance toh normal temperature me hi vaporise ho jaate hai, toh extra heat dene ka matlab kya hua. Kindly doubt clear kijiyega🙏
thanks
3:25 where did the equation come from?
The equation was constructed from scratch because HCI was reacting with MgCO3, so i just balanced the equation accordingly and got it!
