I'm here for the food and the fact she gave such detailed instructions is amazing. for someone like me I love the fact there was step by step instructions for the dish.
It's authentic Italian cooking that is a plate full of love and boy does she deliver that. So detailed in her instructive ways...
Why cooking videos sooo addictive
I made this tonight and it was AMAZING. The fresh basil and jar of fresh tomato really make a difference.
Looks yummy Giada! Thanks for all you do to help us become better cooks!
Homemade is the BEST!
I love watching food network at night it so calm and relax ❤️🥰
Comments are very toxic. Instead of people criticizing each other they need to compliment each other and not drag them down with nasty or rude comments
It happens a lot in the comments not only for Giada but also Ree Drummond, sometimes Ina Garten or her husband. Before I begin to scroll, I have to brace myself for some terribly ugly remarks about people who are simply preparing dishes.
Couldn't agree more. The word is on chaos and we don't need more hate, we need love. That's the only thing that will help us get through this.
@Baddy Btch I don't see anyone asking for your opinion. Apparently you weren't taught if you don't have anything nice to say to keep it to yourself.
@@msr1116 I hear you, but if everyone was kind and thoughtful, at least HALF of the world's professions, amongst other things would disappear. Life is about balance.
Now that's perfect for the Italian food for thought! Thanks again, Giada!
Giada has always been my favorite on Food Network also Rachel Ray ❤️
All I can say is, Wowweeeee! What an amazing dish. I love Papardelle pasta💐💐💐💐💐
Fantastic! We have to try making this dish! :) Thank-you!
This looks easy and tasty and perfect for the quick meals we often need in the cold winter weather we are now experiencing.
Yum. This woman taught me to cook. God bless her. ❤️
Made this sauce and it was delicious!! Thank youuu!
Looks so good .. you’re an awesome chef 👩🍳
My FAVORITE Italian dish Giada.
I so love pasta, can't wait to try this soon 😋👩🍳
That looks delicious and decadent! I want to learn how to cook this badly
Oooooh, nice!! Imagine having that for dinner one night! Looks really good.
Aww my nana used to make this... it brought back a lot of memories ❤️
Giada is the absolute BEST CHEF EVER!!!!
How does she do this without tying up her hair? It’s amazing!
I love how she makes the noodles right on the countertop! here's a little tip, I've actually recently upped my noodle game by realizing that even noodle dough benefits from two or three minutes of kneeding to develop the gluten. It gives your noodles a little more structure and a tiny bit of stretch, it really is a good thing!
@@jacruick before. I usually just rest my dough wrapped in plastic on the counter for 20 or 30 minutes, but I will refrigerate it if I'm going to keep it for later!
Passion and noodles? I don’t think so.you must be off ur..........
Giada knows more about noodle dough then 99.99% of the human race.
@@lenteach I've tried both ways. Give it a try yourself and see what you think!
Great recipe.....I’m gonna try
Giada is awesome! Love her shows
I’ve made this pasta a bunch and it never fails. And, it’s delicious.
Looks delicious!
I was looking for a good Ragu Recipe. Thanks
Giada and her crew are awesome. Entertainment and information. Food Network at its finest! Ty Giada!
Delicious and fresh pasta more thank you you're wonderful
She's delicious in everyway, including her cooking! ⚘
Giada is so cute and petite. I love watching her cook!
lillian p I know if I could cook as good as her, I certainly wouldn’t be so cute and petite!
@Baddy Btch How is he a pig? He paid her a compliment and likes her cooking?
We're having this tonight!
Sounds sooooo good!!!!
WHERE ARE ALL THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS COMING FROM ????? She's great and it's a cooking show, if you don't like it, leave !!! Her pasta looks great to me and I'm ITALIAN also. My grandmother would be proud of what she made. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
John Veglio well her fake accent for starters...and the fact she is the most obnoxious person on the food network
@@rosegroshek1218 LOL. Can we all agree that its great she made pasta from scratch?
@@rosegroshek1218 her mom is literally Italian, I think she knows a thing or two about Italian phonetics
Emily Behnke i didn’t say she doesn’t know how to prenounce them, but she has a fake accent. It’s annoying to hear her with an American accent and then emphasize the Italian words. And I’m pretty sure even Italians don’t say “spag EE ti
Que delicia...!!!! 😋😋😋
Recién me suscribí a tu canal, prepararé este rico platillo.
Gracias por compartir.
Un abrazo.🤗🤗🤗🤗😘🙏🏼☘️
No se hablar inglés, 😱 pero paso a traductor la receta...😂😂
This is a great dish Giada.
Awesomely beautiful and an awesome cook !
Thanks so much
My dream is to have coffee with Giada
Yummy!!
Simplesmente, maravilhosa!
Merci Ma Jolie Pour Vos Magnifique Recette
It's hard to believe that Giada will be the big 50 in August!! Wow!!! 🤗
@@koolthegamer8089 , and she still looks AMAZING! In recent photos of Giada on a beach there's not a wrinkle or an ounce of cellulite. The woman DOESN'T age.😏
She is like a fine wine, although 50 isn't that old these days, my mother and Giada share a birthday and we were just discussing how people hype 50 up as "Old" haha my mum gave birth not long ago and said her body was in more stress carrying me in 1990 than it was carrying my little sister recently haha she say's "you are as young as the mind, body and soul you nurture and take care off"
@@theartsyzoologist That's a great point! Thanks so much for sharing that!🍷🍷🍷
@@MeanNYer That's exactly my point! Thanks for clarifying it for me! Lol 🤗👍🏾
Really Excellent job. Thanks
Totally yummy Yummilicous!!
I woulda put some liquid in that tomato puree to get it all out!!
Mandy Anderson hahaha I was just teasing you... definitely not using liquor to do that
GOSTARIA QUE OS VÍDEOS FOSSEM TRADUZIDOS EM PORTUGUÊS..ADORO A GIADA
How she is throwing flour around and still be spotless. I use a tiny bit and it's all over my shirt.
Thank you, Giada.
She’s the prettiest woman on food network
Nigella is mine, but Giada is also super pretty, she has always reminded me a little of the singer Nelly Furtado, both gorgeous ladies
Alton Brown is the prettiest woman on food network. Actually, what I meant to say is, he is the most OCD person on food network
Yummy
Delicious!!!
Sooooo yummy
OMGAWD YESSSSSSSSS PLEASE LOOKS SOOOOOOOO DELISH GIADA, LOOOOOOOVE PASTA, PAPPARDELLE IS MY FAVORITE
I remember Nicole Kidman, Giada and Ellen cooking together
This recipe looks good 😋
Childhood crush
It looks good .
Yum
Drooling right now.......
Those eggs look incredible. Definitely NOT the cheap crap mass produced eggs at the local Walmart
So good giada lasagnaneed to try this..
HAPPY Weekend Ma Jolie Fleurs
I'm hungry
This looks so good. I've always wanted to make my own pasta but I don't own a pasta machine and I'm too scared to try to make any. You make it look so easy.
Delicius!👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤
We all love a bit of sweet Italian sausage...
yummy,,
This looks delicious! If you were to make this pasta ahead, how would you store it and for how long would it remain good? Also can/how would you freeze it?
Thanks in advance
Teresa Doyle You wouldn’t want to make fresh pasta in advance but you can freeze a sauce like this for at least 3 months. In the fridge, maybe 4-5 days because of the sausage :)
HAPPY Birthday MAY LOVE
😋☺️
First off this is my mom's recipe as well, she was born in 1931, not Italian. Welsh-German heritage. I've been in love with Giada and have made MANY of her recipes, always on point. But, at 1:39 they skip her adding more flour.
very very very nice
Is this available in the philippines? The pasta? Not familiar in this pasta hahahaha i love giada's cooking session
Your the best
Thank you so much Giada! I'm gonna try this. And you made it look so simple, and easy. We'll have to get the pasta attachment.
I like your bright red top you are wearing in this video. This could be one of your Valentine's Day tops. Do you have any pink heart pins, to wear on this top? Right on your left side, above your heart! 😍 That would look cute on this top.
Thanks for giving us good delicious, fairly easy recipe ideas to try. And you are a good cooking teacher. 🤓🤗
Very good
"now we're going to add a handful of basil..." *grabs over half the basil plant*
It was a handful. In fact I just did that too with basil yesterday when I made my pasta sauce. People usually put basil in a glass of water to make it last at least 3 meals. For me I would have used it all.
GIRL, just say PASTA!
I love when Giada really emphasizes Italian words 😂
In her older videos, when she first started out, she never did that. It’s cringe worthy. I am wondering if one of her Italian relatives yelled at her. Enunciate!😂😬🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Really? With that thick gringo accent ! Lol 😂
If she’s an Italian for real , I’m from mars 😂😂😂😂
And usually it's wrong. No italians I've ever met in italy talk like her.
! 😋😋😋
Pretty cool, but I have never seen a parmesan cheese rind in my life much less cooked with one. But this kind of Pasta is next for me so, overall. glad I watched.
Karen’s out here thinking hidden valley ranch packets are superior flavor additions
Wow making looks easier to do then i thought.
In the mean time I’m gonna add my PASTTTHA
Nice
I love watching her whisk🙄
I cried when she cut the dough on the marble counter
1&1/2 cups of Double Zero Flour, 1/4 cup Semolina Flour, 8 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, salt to season.
Perfect recipe.. I have been following the amount of egg for a few years now.. using different flour here and there. I sometimes have limited flour options living on the Big Island of Hawaii. Pasta is Always just amazing.. note the humidity here keeps me on my toes at times.
Супер паста🥳💫👍🇷🇺
I like making sausage ragu cavatellil also.
she's so cute when she earnestly believes i am going to make homemade pasta
