Also if you don’t want to build a trap or have a arge get a good saber in scorched and use it since it’s faster then the thyla and you can shoot off the back of it

If you have a Wyvern, after you grab the Thyla, you don't need to worry about being hit but can be tricky to grab the Thyla.

I finally got an ascendant saddle for my 248 Thylo for Deathworm farming. He can fight and kill 2 at once, but it's close.
Thylacoleo berry gathering consists of killing alphas and hoping the alpha has berries on it =)
