Then find a course on creating smart contracts. After that you will probably have enough knowledge to start a project yourself. If you dont know anything about programming then you still got a long journey (definitely worth it). In this case you just need to learn programming (nothing related to crypto). I recommend C# or Java as your first language in this case. Udemy has great and inexpensive courses. Good luck!
Love the idea of filecoin! Out of curiosity, does the logo for filecoin mean anything specific as it relates to storage? The reason I ask is because it reminds me of music note and maybe that's just me. I feel that branding is overly important within the crypto space

I'm surprised that SIAcoin is not mooning its essentially the same thing but better and more decentralized. They also have a working product and are trying to make a decentralized internet as all the files will be split up across 30 different servers and will still be accessible if 20 servers go offline. Using Sia is a no brainer and if it moves high up enough on the list everyone will start buying it.

I really like the channel for it's presentation, and also for explaining to me in layman terms how projects work and why they could be successful long terms. Compared to some other guys out there who draw some lines on a graph and go like "yeah it will go up and down," haha. Not even a comparison. Keep it up. 👍🏻

Still don't understand how this should be effective or workable if not hosted by the usual big companies. So either you need hundreds of copies spread over many small users of the same data to ensure uninterrupted uptime, or you need to concentrate only a few copies of the file on massive centralized secured datacenters of big companies.
Yeah for real. Maidsafe is another decentralized storage and decentralized internet project who has a lot more to show for. Siacoin and Maidsafe have come a long way in development.
Hard to disassemble this tech, but this seems like a litigation nightmare potentially if critical business data is lost and you are anywhere near said data as a participant in the network.

I lost 400$ with filecoin, it when down 20% today i bought it cuz it was down 15% thinking it was going to go up eventually n it did when up like 2% for a second, i got excited thinking i was going to make a easy500$ , i was supposed to do more research on it.
