Yes, there is a contact phone number on their website. The only problem the company is located in Australia and it should be their local time. I believe it's 12 hours difference. We didn't need to pay anything extra. Everything already comes with the RV. The only thing you gotta pay for is extra miles if you have any. We had 300 extra miles but I don't think they charged us. 😉 Let me know if you have any questions.
