    I just bought this camera and lens from Goodwill outlet bins for $1.35 (yes I said, $1.35) but I haven't tested it yet because the batteries was dead, so I'll take it to Houston Camera exchange camera store next week to do so. 📸 🎞

    Do these automatically rewind the film? Mine reached 36, but I don’t want to open it up and ruin my last few pictures

      @PhotographerPhilosophy  ปีที่แล้ว

      These should. If not, there is a little button that can be pressed with a pin that will rewind it for you. This should be on the back of the camera, the graphic looks like a rewind button that you would find on a remote

      @SomeUnremarkableGuy ปีที่แล้ว

      That's the last picture. If you press shutter button again it will rewind immediately.

      I do not think you can turn the flash off on this model.

    Hi, should i be able to see through the viewfinder even if i haven't loaded the batteries yet? Upon looking, my viewfinder is totally black even though the lens isn't covered

    • @PhotographerPhilosophy
      @PhotographerPhilosophy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. These cameras have optical view finders. Even if there isn't a lens installed, you should be able to see through the view finder window.

      @@PhotographerPhilosophy I uninstalled the lens, and i was able to see through it but everything was blurry 😅 are my lens broken since i cant see thrugh the viewfinder with them intalled?
      Btw thanks for answering!

    • @PhotographerPhilosophy
      @PhotographerPhilosophy  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@gingerking3039 you need to load the batteries for the lens autofocus to engage. The viewfinder should not be blurry unless your lens is set to manual focus

    This video is terrible. What does ISO mean? You need to explain things an quit taking the camera out of frame when you do things. frustrating.

    • @PhotographerPhilosophy
      @PhotographerPhilosophy  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Unfortunate that you have to leave negative comments. ISO is a basic photography term. Google is a great tool for when you don't know things. I would have answered your question but because of the negativity of your comment I will not help you. A lot of people seem to get help from this video. Sorry that you can't be more nice.

    • @PhotographerPhilosophy

      Hello, that probably means some sort of electrical problem or internal issue. Your camera is most likely broken.
