The millet millet fruit does not hurt the user. The reason why Tama started bleeding was because of the guy pinching her cheek to try to forcefully extract the dumplings. Also, it just exhausted her, which was shown in a sketch or chapter, I can’t remember

The Kibi-Kibi No Mi doesn't hurt the user. Anyone using their power for an extended period of time would become exhausted after use. And all Devil Fruit Users are immune to their power. Gem is immune to explosions, period. And we have different definitions of Useless.
The Cook Cook Fruit is amazing for survival, even though it lacks taste. A Chef like Struesin wouldn't use the power because it doesn't have flavor. However, it's great if you're running low on supplies.
You can't enter the Mirror World without Brulee. So no one can chase after her if she gets into the mirror before you catch her.

Never seen Kin'emon use garbage to make clothes, just used small rocks and leaves, but the rest is true, removing said item and clothes disappear...this power great for sneaking into places disguised as the enemy.
In a world where devil fruit can turn things to food, people to toys, can make doors appear, turn you into a said element or anima, and not being effected by the bobm blasts you produde is what doesnt make sense? I say, if all that can happen, making any part of you explode and only you remain unharmed seems very believable.
the Millet Millet fruit that Toma has.., she doesnt seem to hurt herself when using it. I think if it did, it would have to be use many times in succession, and like most Devil Fruit powers, can only use so much.. Only time her cheeks were sore, when the beast Pirate head was pinching at her cheeks, but wasnt working
Pump Pump Fruit, I am sure the user can control who they pump up, as effect only those she is targeting, It really isnt confirms by bein nearby will effect others, or even the user themself.
The Revive Revive fruit did Give Brook soul related powers, able to control Big Mom's Homies...just not ones with her soul, cause too strong, also leaving the body...so if you soul takes too long to return to you, you can be a skeleton person, and can do everything a living person can, including eating and drinking. :D
Pocket Pocket, yeah, is weak, but if you have someone who is very skilled with gadgets, tools and weapons, they can store them all, and even then in a pirate battle you can be there to carry backup gear and weapons to hand out, also, great if going in making it look like have no weapons, and suddenly, pull ouf the weapons and disperse to your crew...sure wont make you stronger, but sometimes when on a fight with your crew, you need people as defense and support, and backup. This person can be there as support, and if agreat fighter, can fight and pass out weapons at the same time.
I think some of those could be used efficiently , it all depends who has the powers and if they can use them creatively. like you said with the Biscuit Biscuit Fruit. A lame fruit used very effectively.

While powerful the power was always active and permanently altered your form. For example guy gets a lion smile and now his belt area is a lion.

I mean, how many other people would turn "you are now rubber" into some kind of upside? Luffy is very creative with the Gomu-Gomu no Mi that allowed him to use the very basics in a very great sense of the word. I'm not counting the Nika stuff since that is Awakening and if you can't master the basics, good luck on that.

Honestly, when you consider Brook, his fruit basically gave him immortality... not sure what kind of limits (if any) there are.
Pocket-Pocket fruit would allow the user to carry unlimited weapons of all types... including cannons.
Interesting how for the Calm-Calm fruit she further specified 1 on 1 fight, designing the circumstances to make it weak. In a larger battle, or just having some help, being able to keep the enemy from hearing an approaching danger is huge, and even in normal life that's a good way to cause paranoia in a person as you can't hear ANY possible danger.
The Wheel-Wheel fruit might not be the flashiest, but would possibly give incredible maneuverability in a fight as I'm pretty sure it's not limited to the arms...

@@pugofwarbr even for fighting power, it's easily top 10, the user can mirror the opponent into themselves and turn themselves into the opponent, they would also gain whatever powers the opponent has, meaning the opponent would be fighting an exact copy in looks and strength of themselves.

The hito hito nomi might actually be op, Oda said himself that if a human eats the Hito hito nomi, the human will reach enlightenment, also there are multiple of those Hito hito nomi fruits unlike the other fruits, and most of them are known as mythical zoans, hope this information is helpful 😊
The enlightenment bit was the result of a mistranslation and has never properly been confirmed.

The issue is that not all fruits are used for fighting so yeah if you gave some of these to idiotic meatheads they’d be bad but many of these are used for strategy and to add onto your current fighting abilities like swords and Haki rather than relying on the fruit for fighting

Nothing in the story shows that you'd keep both.
The fact that the Bomb-Bomb-Fruit doesn´t affect the user may be an universal rule for all Devil-Fruits where if you gain control over something it can´t harm you anymore as your body is essentially that. Someone might say "Why could Ace be harmed by Lava then" where I would think that the user has to use his powers to make his body invulnerable and when Ace protected Luffy he didn´t so he could catch the punch.
It was stated if a element is a higher tier then yours it'll hurt u ie Lava is a hotter element then Fire so ace could get hit

That isn’t because of the fruit that is because it took brook’s so long to find his body he was a skeleton by the time he revived. That made him lighter with no flesh. If his soul didn’t take long to find him he would still be human and not a skeleton.

Corazone is actually a good user for the calm calm fruit, it’s because he infiltrated Do Flamingo’s place in stealth. Not only that but the devil fruit is good during stealth situations when your in the Marine gang and the sound barriers can extend so big that in volumes 76 - 77 - 78 he shot a literal rocket and it didn’t make a sound. Sadly the impact of the rocket caused the ground to shake like an earthquake.
