    For the spline tool, you can double left-click on the first point to close the shape.

    Your videos are the most informative and easy to understand. I know most of the common tools, but never tried the width tool. Really useful. Thanks!!

    Synfig Studio is under-rated software. On youtube after long search i have found out your channel to learn this software. Thanks a lot May God bless you. I wants to make animated videos and related projects on topics of biology, chemistry physics, accounts, taxation, english and various other subjects.

      @@YOWKhemardi I don't know how I did it but somehow there is 2 points on my circle except the central green one on left and right sides when I select the transform tool. I can no more change the size of my circle by selecting that one point in the circle which you showed in the video. What can I do?

    • @YOWKhemardi
      @YOWKhemardi  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Rozal2106 sorry I took so long to reply. I would say create a new circle and delete that one, but when you click on the circle tool, look over to the right area where it says "Circle Creation" and under that you should see "Layer Type" if you select only the first type which is shaped like a complete circle and deselect the others if they are selected and draw your circle, you will only get two points, but if you select the second "Layer Type" which is the region layer type, then you will get more points when you create your circle. Just remember that each layer type gives you different options

      @@YOWKhemardi Thanks. That worked. But is there a way that instead of fully filled circle I get only the outlined one as we get when we select "create an outline layer" and still get that option to change its size?

    Hello, really thanks for the video. Im still confused why i would need a rectangle and a rectangle region. as the handlers change with each of them , this information should be explained priorly

    • @YOWKhemardi
      @YOWKhemardi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes the handlers do change with each but it depends on what you want to do. Synfig provides the different types for that reason, so whichever suits your needs :) if you want the handles to edit or not it's up to you.

    Thank you but why are the draw tools so overlooked? as a 2D animator the first thing i want is being able to manually draw in my frames

    • @YOWKhemardi
      @YOWKhemardi  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree, but synfig focuses more on cut-out type animation, so thats why. If traditional animation is what you want, well trad-digital, then you could try Krita :)
