    Hey, Chris! I hope all is well and you are enjoying the fall weather!
    I've been rewatching your most recent lathering videos. I've started to shave with a Feather SS kamisori and I believe both you and Jeffrey Smith create lather that is perfect for this. I've almost got the hang of it and the addition of a $3 cat food bowl from Walmart which has a great textured pattern and is nearly the perfect size has also helped. Going slow so as to not induce too much air and the addition water in small increments has been the ticket.

    You’re savy, you know how to deal w/ lack luster service. I had similar experience w/ one that offered millatary service discount. After 4- purchaced I confronted them. They told me go figure I must be doing something wrong when I check box for discount. That was years back, I’m fine without them. Keep up the good observation Chris.👍

    Yep, I agree, that is one of the worst ways to run a business. I'm having that issue with Belkin for a $150 phone charger that's under warranty and they will not reply after they confirmed my claim back in June. I sure won't recommend them or purchase their products again.
