Thanks for the video. It was very helpful on allowing for me to replace my top case of my Macbook Pro since my touchbar no longer lit up. I have replaced it with a new top case and the touchbar now lights up. However, it is non-responsive to anything that I touch. I have tried the SMC Reset and NPRAM Reset with no luck on getting it to respond to touch. Is there a connection that I need to double check?
Powerbook Medic Thank you so much for the reply. I found the issue to be with the cable by the fan. It appeared to be connected but I realized that it wasn't. Everything is working as expected now and my computer is like brand new.

I followed the instructions and everything went great until I tried to reconnect those three small wires with individual snap connections next to one of the fans. The two nearest the screen hinge back of the laptop won’t reconnect and zooming in on photos look like the connections are starting to deform some from prior attempts (photos available). 1. Any suggestions on how to get the connectors to work again? 2. Barring that, any suggestions on workarounds? 3. What do those two wires control?
i am wondering when will the fan work? Someone said it won't work until the temperature higher than 50 degrees; and someone said it only works in low rpm and when the CPU takes higher, it work in high rpm. Who is right?
I'm pretty sure on the 2016 13” Touchbar, the fans turn on immediately. The only recent model machines that I'm aware of where the fan suspends turning on until a certain temp is the 2013-2015 13” Macbook Pro Retina.

No, we don't have a battery replacement video. That is a difficult repair that really should only be attempted by a repair facility due to the battery puncture/explosion/fire risk.
Replacing the battery is a difficult procedure as the battery is held in place with a strong adhesive. If you don't know what you are doing you risk puncturing the battery and causing the battery to explode. This is why the video does not cover the battery removal.

Unfortunately no. Apple decided to make the storage part of the logic board so if you want to upgrade you either need a replacement logic or a new computer.
@@a7medigi If the computer can't find the internal storage then you need a replacement logic board. We have seen several of those with that problem and have not found a solution other than replacing the board.

It cant find its ssd drive, question mark flashing during startup, i pressed command + R and try to find ssd drive but cant, how can I fix it?
