Funny enough ive gotten to the Hill Top Classic Ring without the Team Mastery. I of course cant get to it but ive gotten to the ring
You don’t need all the red rings for radical highway doom version
You just need to finish all the story quests (at least up to pumpkin hill) to unlock doom radical highway
