Ty for this video. I lost my Manuel a day after getting this product and was trying to figure out how to remove the blades to clean them and was worried about breaking something.
hey im not sure how to clean this machine after use. I understand that you can detach it and the inner side is easy to clean. But what about the other side, there is a plastic thing in between, can you remove it or should it stay on and with a little brush, brush the small hair? How would you go about cleaning it. Thanks
It works well, but the pins that hold the head to the body separate like a spring being sprung after about 9 months and the head won't stay on. You have to hold it against your head at all times or the head will fall off. I wish I could figure out how to take it apart so I could pull those pins closer together again.

The black side with the pins just brush or rinse that off.

I've been using mine and haven't had that issue yet, will report back if it happens to me as well.

How do you open heads for cleaning?
You can't. I just take the head off and knock the flat side against the side of the sink a few times after use and most stuff falls out.
I can't get my safety lock unlocked, can someone please help me? Thank you
