    But density will vary with temp..so the bouyant force will change

    Does the chaplet is expected to completely melt and get fused with molten material or only the surface of chaplet ?

    • @sweetymishra6403
      @sweetymishra6403 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Chaplets are of the same metal as molten metal....so, when the molten metal enters the cavity ....the chaplets start melting and mix with the molten metal

      siddharth ,i think the chaplets should not melt completely to get mixed in molten metal, just skin surface should get melt to fused with pouring metal.
      we are using chaplet to support the core ,if they get melt completely ,they will not serve the intended task of supporting the core and core will start floating (buoyancy force) or could come downwards accordingly.
      hence selecting the chaplet we need to consider the point that they should not get melt completely.

    Density ki unit =N/cm³ ...how?

  • @premchoithwani5058
    @premchoithwani5058 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    In equation of unsupported load ,how we can subtract from Newton to cm^2 ,

    • @subratadutta7710
      @subratadutta7710 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There 350 is actually ,350N/mm², it is the load sustained by a unit area of core.

    Should have mentioned the types of cores too. And should try to engage the listeners instead of just writing down on the board.
