Mate I can't thank you enough, I just bought one off Ebay for £50, it's in lovely condition but they NEVER once removed the condenser and the rear reservoir was full of some kind of gunk that had collected round thd float and stopped it from moving, so I did what you said and it's running as sweet as a nut. Cheers!

Great video, managed to change the impeller and clear out all the gunk. I've cleaned the condenser at the front but I still have have the error symbol displaying. Is there anything else you could suggest please?
I would check the pump motor actually runs ok - if not a new pump assembly may be required, check the float switch works, check the tube between pump and the upper water container is unblocked etc.....As this includes electrical testing, appropriate expertise is advised. Good luck

Thanks for this video. Our issue turned out to be all the gunk in the rear reservoir.
Brilliant video, took away the mystery of how to fix my dryer and saved me a lot of headache and few shillings aswell, all good!

Plenty listed on eBay for under £5. If the impeller is listed as Designed to fit pump C00306876 it should be suitable

If it's broken you need to replace the pump impeller which is the rubber orange coloured part
