    Loosing the weight is the fun part and is easy to do as it's motivating and inspires you to keep going . That little kick of a high of loosing. Maintains is a bit boring tbh. I switched my focus to toning up and still eat my diet meals but I'm more flexible towards treats at the weekend. I find if I'm good mon-Friday (and keep my meals right) with the added exercise the balance seems to work well with the treats. It's hard and it's taken me a year to feel happy with maintaining. Xx

    You look amazing! Well done! I lost 2 stone 2 years ago and I've put it back on but for the best reason. I have a 7 week old little girl and I'm back on the bandwagon, half a stone down in 3 weeks. I want my old body back desperately now x

    I change from day to day!! When I hit target I actually dropped to the lower end of the 'buffer range' and I foolishly got complacent. In the months that followed I crept through that buffer range and when I got weighed two months after hitting target I'd climbed just out of it 🙈 That was enough of a kick up the ass and for a week I worked hard to get back within it and I managed it. So now I'm slap bang in the middle of that buffer range and I'd like to stay there! I hate the idea of having to be 'careful' forever now so like you, I'm accepting that there are going to be fluctuations from week to week - I just need to remember to balance the indulgent treats with a load of speed meals!!x

    I started SW last year and lost a stone and throughout the year put it back on and more! Tonight I'm going back to a group and starting again! Your videos have inspired me so much to start my journey again xx

    Great video! I agree when I don't lose I feel like I go off the rails a bit and have to drag myself back in. Good to know I'm not the only one who feels this way! Love that you are also enjoying what you want in moderation that's the goal! Xx

    You look super fab! I got to target 3 weeks ago and tbh I'm completely confused what I want. Some days I'm really happy with where I am, other days I think I'd like to lose another half a stone! I like the feeling of being at target (currently 1 and a half pounds under) as I don't put so much pressure on myself but equally I don't want to get complacent!!! I'm trying the sticking to plan except for special occasions/gatherings at the moment and it seems to be working ok!

    First of all charlotte you look gorgeous! I've been at target for about 4 months now and I am more that happy where I am, if I lost anymore I would feel 'too skinny' for myself so I like maintaining where I'm at. However my original target was half a stone heavier but I had to change it as my body kept losing and I was out of target range, at my new target I'm finding it really easy to maintain because it feels like my body likes being here, I don't have to overeat to not lose and I don't have to be super strict to not gain, it's a nice balance 😊 also not sure how relevant this is but my target is now perfectly in the middle of my Bmi range, and that's quite reassuring , hope this helps a little bit 😊 xx

    You look great! You should be so proud of your yourself. I actually think staying at target is harder than losing weight. I found losing weight exciting for the most part but really boring and hard to stay the same. I fell off the wagon 😩. I'm now pregnant but when I've had this baby I'm going to go back and follow your SW series from the beginning and do it with you.
    My advice would be that the buffer is a good idea, especially if you're going on holiday. Good luck xxx

    fab video. I feel like I'm talking to a friend on Skype and find myself nodding to what you're saying. You look great and you'll find that best way that works for you with time. I'm not at target yet but I think working out what I do diet wise will be hardest then as I need the rules of SW ;)

    You look amazing Hun ! I got to target 1/2 a lb under then the following weigh in I put on half which I was upset about so I don't think I'm actually done and would like to lose another 7lb but the pressure of getting to target has gone which is also really nice xx

    Brilliant video Charlotte you look amazing I don't think you need to lose anymore weight but if you want to then that's totally up to you :) I would say just keep at it on slimming world to keep yourself on track. By the way I love that outfit I would love to wear crop tops but my stomach is nowhere near as flat as yours and I haven't had any kids lol xx

    I'm on week four technically, counting first weigh in day, And I lost 1/2 a stone in my first two weeks! now I have weigh in today and think I'll be maintaining or gaining 😞 stayed on plan but carbs do the same to me... whoops 🙈😞🙈💖

    I'm struggling with the last 1st 5lb to target. 8st losses so far and target is in reach. I'm only 5ft 2 and under my fat I am really tiny so feel like it's taking forever and the pressure of that is stupidly making me rebel. Every morning I fear myself up how much do I want this, how much does this mean to me etc. As the day goes I let naughtiness creep in. I've change a few thing to help me. I have a daily syn box so once that's gone that it no lying to myself about syns. I plan my meals and I've taken up swimming. I already do yoga and kids yoga with my little dude ( check out cosmic kids channel we're doing the lion one tonight but Star Wars was our fav) and bootcamp. Need to give my head a huge wobble I think hahah. I've had to go to a temporary group as well due to child care and training so I'm using that as an excuse to myself to. I want this so much. Mainly for reason I'll explain another time. Well done on looking for your balance. True inspriation xxx

    Did you have weeks at slimming world at the beginning where you were active but didn't loose and were completely to plan? I seem to also weigh myself within the week and I need to stop that as it's making me a little paranoid xx

    Thank you Hun for your comments ,I’m 1 1/2 lb from target .im dreading it to be honest not sure I understand .extra choices .not sure how many syns .not sure what to do when at target .any advice please xx

      I don't think I am the best person to ask right now as I have fully fallen off the wagon during lockdown, and before then to be honest. I find it really hard to focus on my diet when I am struggling. I know you can do this though! I KNOW you can. Once you get there, just remember that it's harder to lose weight the closer you get to target, and it's also natural for your body to fluctuate, so don't panic if the numbers go up and down sometimes. It's normal! xx

    Ive just started slimming world again from home and back at group in 8 weeks. I've started to Vlog my journey again on youtube and share all my ideas and meals and recipes again on my facebook page.
    I have some people who are not so supportive and laugh at my videos. But i see it as a diary. a diary through my life and how i know its going to be hard and a struggle for me as i have just over 8 stone to lose and i would love to do this within a year.
