A lot of talk about generating power and external vs internal martial arts. There are no external or internal martial arts. Most styles and systems incorporate breathing forms and some sorts of iron short forms, i.e. conditioning. As a practitioner of Okinawan karate, I rely on Sanchin to get me all of the above. Sanchin form came from Fujian, China. Pretty sure Pak Mei has some variation of that too.
This is an important part of what we do!

@@LWSPAKMEI I study hung gar myself, but I intend to study Pak Mei Kuen as well. If there's no kung fu, there's no martial arts. It's a basic rule of thumb.
