anna!!! just had the same thing you did about 2 week ago!! got tested for covid, mono, the flu, and strep and tested negative for all! treated me for strep and medicine worked. but i did not work out... lol go off 😇

So, I was watching you first. Then, I was watching Crazy Pieces. And, the mom was mentioning something about taking a mental health day. Which, I do agree with you. And, I don't know if you consider going tanning as part of taking care of your mental health. But, I think it's a good thing to go tanning. Cause, it helps with releasing some dopamine. I mean, it's something to think about.
