  • 🕊 Richard Rogers (1933-2021) made one of his last public appearances when he participated in our event in Hamburg in November 2018. Our thoughts are with his family and closest friends for such a huge loss. He has left, but his legacy will live on forever.
We are honored to have gotten to know him and to have spent 3 days with him, showing him the latest developments in Hamburg (including going to a concert at the Elbe Philarmonic by Herzog&de Meuron) and scheduling meetings with other colleagues like Volkwin Marg of @gmparchitects, former HafenCity boss Jürgen Bruns-Berentelg, the Senator for Urban Development Dorothee Stapelfeldt and a former employee of his practice. He had a nice time in Hamburg and that made us happy.
We appreciated every second with this bright and charming man.
    Rest in Peace, Legend.💚
    You will always be remembered.

Tank you for making this lecture available for everyone. ❤🙏 a little bit of, hopefully constructive criticism - it would be much easier to follow if the pictures that were in the presentation appear more often/for a longer period of time. Nonetheless, a super interesting lecture!
