hi there so I'm talking out of reader experience (small author reached out to me before) they'd look for accounts which shows they read similar genre or tropes as your book, then send a DM with a short synopsis and kindly ask if they're willing to provide a review in exchange for an arc. you can always ask chatgpt to guide you as well
