For your cutscenes
Try using the intros of the characters instead of the in game stances
Basically while editing
Freeze the frame of the end of the intro
And use that for you cutscenes
Or you can try looping the intro

If you're using Android, there is a setting called Vr camera in developer tool, switch it on and it will appear in your normal settings, Experiment on it and you'll see how I did it
