do you have a tutorial on the rear wheel chassis assembly for cybex mios. (my pole popped out and trying to figure out how to get into there to be able to put it back and screw it in). TY

Thank you brother my e Priam has handlebar alignment issues and won’t engage the power function. I saw the stoppers and chickened out for fear of breaking them once I tried to take them out and they wouldn’t budge. I see I was on the right track but wd40 is a terrific idea 💡

Hi All, 2 questions: 1. Does sliding button on the handle supposed to be loose or should have some resistance when sliding to each side? 2. Does the whole handlebar should have movement up and down when pushing forward/backwards? (Not sure if explained right)
I was trying to disassembly my new Priam for traveling and fit in to a suitcase, I did all the steps but in the process I broke the side button stopper, so do you know where I can get a replacement?
@BarnevognverkstedNo do you have the Cybex Mios? I'm having trouble with folding my Mios the issue is with that knee part it's stuck it don't bend to close. Is there any videos similar to this. The manual didn't have anything as in depth like this.
It's possible that part of the plastic from the actual button has broken off and is impeding the mechanism. This video isn't the Mios, but the process of removing the outer part of the button is quite similar across many model, so it might help: th-cam.com/video/JWlbkk-1SYo/w-d-xo.html
I have this stroller frame and the issue is I bought it used so the company will not help me. The stroller handle sinks in on one side when downward pressure is applied to pick up the front wheels. Is this something that would end up fixed if I took the frame apart like this?
Hello. i have just the same problem, if its a little resistance (like uphill, grass, gravel) when trolling the handlebar sinks all the way inn to the lowest point the store i bought it from wont help us at all. so Glen did you find the problem ? did you disassemble the frame ? @@BarnevognverkstedNo Hello. I had same issue: When applying pressure handle bar on one side sinks 1 cm ( I guess normal) other side around 3 cm. Based on your great video I was able to disassamble and find the root cause. The rivets at 8:37 on the good side are tight, on the bad side are 1mm loose, and the whole thing wibbles a bit. I have 3 options in my mind how to repair, just can't decide which way is best: A: somehow strenghten, make the rivet tight for example with a vise B: weld the rivet to the base C: drill out the rivet and replace with screw and bolt

You can contact Cybex customer service directly, otherwise it's a matter of buying a used chassis and swapping parts, unfortunately.

Hi, the handlebar on our priam is very wobbly. Any idea what we should do?
Wobbly is natural unfortunately, the central mechanism is sturdy, but a bit loose-fitted. :)

Probably. It would at least allow you to find the source of the problem and troubleshoot from there. :)
